Can't find a name or any markings, But has to be US made or European. Maybe someone out there knows. Clamp portion measures about 10 inches across, uses bench for inner jaw. Looks like you have to drill large hole under bench for locking pin. Lead screw has very coarse pitch so movement is fast. Unit is dirty and needs a cleaning, wood has nice patina.
