Antique Stanley No. 2 Smoothing Plane Carpentry Woodwork SW Sweetheart Logo

Offering in good used working condition, a Stanley No. 2 smoothing plane featuring the SW Sweetheart logo on the blade. This is an estate find and I have brush cleaned, oiled, adjusted, and tested the plane. There is a nice age patina to the metal and there is a rosewood knob and handle. Further restore is left to the new owner if s/he so desires.

Being used there are the expected minor usage marks, nothing major and no cracks or repairs. The plane retains most of the original black paint. Note the orange background to the cap and the orange of the frog sides look to match so I think this is original. There are a few small paint drops on the handle.
