Antique Vintage Two Lignum Vitae Nautical Shipwrights Woodworking Planes Tools

Custom shipwrights Lignum Vitae and/or rosewood planes in great condition. Lignum Vitae plane with hardwood tote handle body is 9-1/4" long x 2-1/8" wide x 2 high. Plane as tiny nicks, stress cracks and light scratches (deeper scratches on bottom) in wood, owners mark on toe "THB". Hardwood tote handle as two old cracks repairs along with nicks and scratches. Iron stamped "BUCK BROTHERS" and is 6-1/8" long x 1-3/4" wide, both iron and chip breaker as pitting, hammer marks, darkness and scratches, lignum vitae wedge, plane weights 1.29 LBS without iron.

Plane # 2 lignum vitae or maybe rosewood body is 10" long x 2-1/2" wide and 2-1/4 high with steel bottom, steel as pitting and darkness. Plane body as tiny nicks, and scratches from normal wear along with hard to read makers marks MADE BY Z. Plane as Stanley hard to read type 11 iron (7" long and 2" wide) and chip breaker with pitting and darkness.

Stanley type 8 "B" lever cap with chip on bottom edge along with micro pitting and scratches. Without iron and lever cap. Planes as been lightly cleaned, oiled and waxed, please see pictures for more details.
