A VINTAGE MARPLES 2'' WIDE WOODWORKING BEVEL EDGE. PARING CHISEL, MADE IN SHEFFIELD ENGLAND. This chisel is lightly used and in very good condition. Measure 11-3/4'' long x 2'' wide. Made from one piece solid forged blade.

This chisel is popularly known as Blue Chip, Europe's most popular chisel. Handles is impact resistance , made of Polypropylene, a material that resist deformation. Handle is also ergonomically shaped for comfort in long use. Handles can also be repeatedly struck by a mallet and occasionally by a hammer. See pictures for more details and condition.
