Vintage Stanley No. 97 Smooth Bottom Woodworking Edge Plane Type 2 Cabinetry USA

Up for sale is a #97 Stanley cabinet maker's edge plane. It is in good usable condition. It has some scuffs and scratches from use and age.

Through my research I would guess it is a type 2. I took it apart and cleaned it up. It all went back together nice and snug. I specialize in old school stuff. I spend most of my time acquiring the stuff, so most of it is not refurbished. I try to make sure they are still in working condition, if not I will state that. Please refer to the pictures.
