Has the barrel type brass screw caps for front knob and rear tote. This plane does not have the Bailey's name and patent dates brass adjustment nut and cap iron, that was eliminated in 1893? The plane is 13 1/2" long, 5 1/2" tall and has a 2 3/8" wide" base.The blade is 2" wide and 6 3/4" long. The blade depth adjusting knob is 1 in dim. The plane is in good condition for the era. Wood is solid but has a few rubs and scratches, discoloration. Has a small chip out of front knob..
