Offering in good used condition for its age, a Stanley 7 long No. 2 wood smoothing hand plane. Everything looks original and best I can tell this plane was made by Stanley around the 1905 time frame.

The metal has a nice age patina and the wood parts are also in nice condition. As shown in the photos, there are a few minor dings along the bottom's edges. There is a small ding at the horn of the tote.

Also, there are a few small paint drops and the brass nut holding the tote is recessed a bit. In spite of these minor issues, this No. 2 makes a great show piece for the "top shelf" of your plane collection.
