THANK YOU & GOOD LUCK. 15" x 2 5/8" x 5 to top of knob. It was patented by Arthur Goldsborough in 1883 & 1884.
Story is was cast by Iver Johnson and/or was made and marketed by Tower & Lyon company of New York. Short run beginning in 1899 for approx.Appears to retain all of its parts. Knob functions well up and down. Wiped with a dry rag only to remove some dust.
Retains much of its original paint. The bottom is very smooth, with no pitting. It should clean up pretty well if you choose. The majority of items I sell are used.
They come to me from estates, auctions, tag sales, etc. Nothing is new & perfect, and if it is, I still won't say it. Please see pics for condition.
