A nice early core box plane. Uses the Bayley patent ratcheting mechanism to move the cutter through a nice arc.

Everything seems to move well. Some mild wear, looks to retain most of the original finish, some light surface oxidation in places. Expect minor evidence of use or imperfections, dings etc. We take many photos of our items to assist with the description.
