Antique Vintage Stanley No. 2 Type 15 (1931-1932) Smooth Woodworking Plane Tool

About 95 percent original japanning on sole, some micro pitting and light scratches on sides and bottom of sole from normal wear. Frog as about 90 percent of it's original orange paint with some micro pitting and scratches. Lever cap in great condition with some micro pitting, some small dark spots and very light scratches from light normal wear.

Iron stamped "STANLEY SW MADE IN USA" (6-3/8" long x 1-5/8" wide) and chip breaker in great excellent with micro pitting and scratches from normal wear. No cracks or chips in wood tall knob or tote handle, both handles have light scratches and tiny nicks from normal wear. Plane as been lightly cleaned, oiled and waxed, please see photos for more details.
