About 70 percent rough original japanning on sole, "S" in casting under tote handle, some pitting, nicks and light scratches (see photo #10) on sides and bottom of sole from normal wear. Frog ("S" in casting) as about 75 percent of it's original japanning with some micro pitting and scratches, two patent dates and light pitting on lever control. No "S" stamped in lever cap (see photo #5), with micro pitting, and very light scratches from light normal wear.
Iron lightly stamped "STANLEY PAT ALP'L 19.92" (7" long x 2" wide) with owners marks on back top J. Both iron and chip breaker in great condition with micro pitting and scratches from normal wear.
No cracks or chips in short knob but tote handle as some putty repair and as been sanded down on tip of horn, both handles have light scratches and tiny nicks from normal wear. Plane as been lightly cleaned, oiled and waxed, please see photos for more details. The item "Antique Vintage Stanley No.
