Excellent Vintage Stanley / Bailey No 3 Smoothing Plane in Original Box

Vintage Stanley / Bailey No 3 Smoothing Plane in original box, showing very little wear, a few rusts marks form storage. It has a wooden tote and knob, some varnish has come off the knob but both are in good condition and more comfortable than the plastic fittings on modern versions. Length 9 1/4", width 2 1/8", cutter 1 3/4. The box is the older type marked "The Toolbox of the World". Great item for collector, or for woodworker wanting a good quality plane.
