Fine Massive 19th Century 26 Sargent Woodworking Jointer Plane Inv#HC193
This is a massive Ca 1880 26 Sargent jointer wooden plane. It is unmarked on toe and heel. The heavy duty cutter is marked with Sargent & Co and it measures 7-1/8" x 2-3/4".
It has some heavy pitting, dings, rust and could use sharpening. The plane has typical scars, heavy hairlines & scars, the tote has a nick off tip.. It has a great feel and patina.
