1925-28 Smooth Woodworking Plane Inv#HC144. This is a cleaned up Stanley No 4 Type 13 Ca. 1925-28 smooth woodworking plane in "as found" condition. The plane has been taken apart, gently cleaned to maintain its patina and integrity.

It is in excellent user or collectible condition. The knob's finish has typical scars but no cracks, the tote has some scars from use but no cracks or repairs. The cheeks and sole have pitting but have cleaned up nicely. The cleaned up "V" logo cutter is marked. Stanley New Britain Ct, USA, it measures: 7-1/4" x 2".

It has cleaned up well. Excellent user condition but I always suggest sharpening the cutter to get it back to an optimal cutting edge. Photos are an integral part of this item's description. Note: I do not true up soles or sharpen cutters, I leave that up to you the expert!!

A really good user tool ready to go to work for you and a nice addition. Everything is in great working order..... WOULD MAKE A FINE USER!!!
