Cutting blade has completed basic sharpening. The finish was sharpened by hand using whetstone #6000. Even in this state, the blade is sharp enough.

Features: Wooden handles of mixed materials. The blade widths are balanced.

With leather chisel bag for storage. Contributes to rust protection and safety. Blade is coated with blade oil. Wooden handles are polished and coated with beeswax. Blade width approx: 42mm (Tataki), 9mm, 18mm, 25mm, 30mm (Oiire), 3mm, 5mm (Mukoumachi).
