Cutting blade has completed basic sharpening. The finish was sharpened by hand using whetstone #6000. Even in this state, the blade is sharp enough. Features: Tataki chisels that hit hard and dig deep.

Narrow blade width of 18 mm. The blade is thick and safe to use. Overall, a balanced combination of blade widths. Blade is coated with blade oil.

Wooden handles are polished and coated with beeswax. Blade width approx: 18mm (Tataki), 9mm, 12mm, 18mm, 30mm, 36mm (Oiire), 3mm, 6mm (Mukoumachi).
