Cutting blade has completed basic sharpening. The finish was sharpened by hand using whetstone #1000. Even in this state, the blade is sharp enough. Features: Tataki chisels have thicker blades and thicker necks for stronger carving. The Oiire is suitable for fine work for finishing.

This basic set includes both. Blade is coated with blade oil. Wooden handles are polished and coated with beeswax. Blade width approx: 4.5mm, 6mm, 18mm, 43mm, 48mm (Tataki) 23mm, 25mm, 36mm (Oiire) 23mm (Maru). Return is accepted if only the item is different from item's description.
