All tools made in the USA and work. Chisels are excellent with some light surface rust and will require sharpening. Drill index is in excellent condition with hinges that all work (opens and closes smoothly). Drill is very clean and in good working condition (all buttons and levers work with no issues coming from the motor) but it is missing one machine screw which holds the front casing to the main casing (cheaply and easily replaced at any hardware store).
