Nice shape w rosewood handle Phillips plow plane. Patented 1867 and this one comes with one cutter. The brass screw on the fence is probably a replacement.

Chips on top of horn, but handle is nice through the bottom. Skate and fence were probably cleaned. Little japanning is left on the frame, but some is there.
