A 13-and-3/4 inch Rosewood and Steel Bodied SPIERS NO 1, 19th Century Panel Plane with a Hearnshaw Brothers, Sheffield, 2-3/8-inch Cutting Blade. The Gunmetal Lever Cap has the Early Small Spiers Stamp. Has an Original Rosewood Enclosed Rear Handle with No Cracks. It has my Ancestors Name Stamped at the Rear and his employers Name at the Front.
