About 40-50 percent of original japanning with light scratches, pitting, scratches and tiny nicks on sides and bottom of sole. "STANLEY RULE & LEVER Co" stamp iron (6-1/2" long) and chip breaker, stamped "L. 24.1867 are in good condition with pitting, scratches and dark spots on both. Light scratches, darkness and small pit marks on solid back lever cap with number "3" in casting on back of lever cap. About 70 percent original japanning on frog with solid brass adjusting nut.
Frog with dark spots, tiny nicks and scratches. No chips or cracks in beaded short knob but tote handle as small chips on horn, both handles have small nicks and scratches from normal wear.
