07 jointer plane from the renowned Record Tool Works in Sheffield, England. This is a 22-inch bench jointer plane, perfect for flattening and jointing boards in woodworking. It features the iconic bright blue japanned finish, embossed "RECORD" and "No 07" markings, and "MADE IN ENGLAND" on the body. Condition: Good vintage used condition with honest wear from previous use. The blue japanning is mostly intact with some scuffs and chips typical of age.

The metal components show light surface rust and patina (common on these tools and easily cleaned). The wooden knob and tote are in solid shape with nice patina.

The blade and frog assembly appear complete and adjustable. This is a solid user plane that can be sharpened and put right back to work, or a great addition to a vintage tool collection. No major cracks, breaks, or missing parts. Record branding on body and lever cap. Dark brown wooden front knob and rear tote.
