Vintage Record No 10 1/2 Carriage Plane. With Box And Instructions

Vintage Record No 10 1/2 Carriage Plane. A lovely plane in very good fully original condition.

Comes with its original box and instructions which is very rare to see. The plane is in really nice clean condition. The wooden handles are solid and the tote has its original decal intact. The plane itself is very tidy with only a few minor patches where there some light staining.

The blade is fine as well, but needs properly sharpening before use. The iron cap has lost a portion of its original nickel flash.

The box and instructions show there age yet are solid enough and make this a great collectors piece. Please study the images as they show the condition accurately. Also any dimensions necessary are shown for scale.
