Manufactured by the highly regarded Sandusky Tool Company of Sandusky, Ohio, this antique woodworking plane dates to the late 19th or early 20th century and represents a classic example of American hand-tool craftsmanship. Maker stamped SANDUSKY TOOL CO. Hardwood body with rich aged patina. Traditional jointer plane used for flattening and straightening long boards. Excellent collector, display, or user piece. Original iron present and secure.

Attractive age-related wear and patina. Historic iron sole repair ("Dutchman" patch) visible on the bottom. No major cracks or repairs affecting functionality.
