Vintage Walker Turner 4 Jointer Woodworking Bench Tool Driver Line. Deck is notched not sure if that was intentional or damage. I saw another one with the same notch in it.

Measures about 24" long and about 11" wide including the pulley. Look like it would be a good worker once it gets some power.
