Up for sale is a fantastic trio of classic vintage woodworking tools, perfect for the traditional workshop or an addition to a collection. Included in this lot:Handcrafted English Infill Smoothing PlaneA beautiful example of a craftsman-finished or user-made English infill plane. Features a heavy iron/steel sole with dovetailed/riveted steel sides, stuffed with a premium dense hardwood (looks to be rosewood or dark mahogany). It is fitted with a heavy brass lever cap and a finely knurled brass clamping screw. Completely unmarked/unstamped, which is typical for these bespoke tradesman tools. The wood shows beautiful grain, and the body has a great weight and solid feel. 2153 Combination Mortice & Marking GaugeA premium quality layout tool made by William Marples & Sons in Sheffield, England. It features crisp, clear maker's stamps and model markings on the head block. Crafted from beautiful dark rosewood with an inlaid brass slide and dual steel pins for setting mortise-and-tenon lines.

The wood retains a lovely deep patina, and the edges remain sharp. 75 Bull Nose Rebate PlaneA handy 4-inch cast-iron bullnose plane, ideal for getting right into tight corners and cleaning up joints. It retains a good amount of its original black japanning finish. Condition:All tools are in honest, original vintage condition with a natural aged patina as shown in the photographs.

There are typical surface stains, minor rust spots, and signs of use consistent with age, but no major cracks or visible damage to the structures. They have not been overly aggressively cleaned or polished, preserving their historical appeal for collectors.
