This is most likely a type 11, with the 3 patent dates. It has the Stanley "V" shape stamped on the iron. The cutter will need some light tuning.

It is in good usable condition. The tote, and front knob look fine. There is wear, scratches, dings, and discoloration/staining, light pitting on the the plane sole, and other metal parts.
