6 Smooth Bottom Fore Plane - woodworking tool USA. Here is a Stanley Bailey Number 6 Smooth Bottom Fore plane. I believe this is a 13 with the sweetheart stamp on the iron.
It is in decent usable condition. The plane could use a little more cleaning.
The tote's horn is chipped off, and there are small cracks on both handles. There is wear, scratches, dings, and discoloration/staining, pitting on the the plane sole, and other metal parts. Most of the japanning on the plane bed is gone.Someone probably used a hand grinder on the surface of the lever cap to make it shiny. I see this a lot with plane parts. No cracks or repairs on the cast-iron plane body.
